Talking My NSV
(learned what NSV was the other day btw)

This morning I woke up super early and went and hiked! I haven't really hiked since just before I got pregnant with my first child so almost 5 years ago!

I went and hiked and the biggest part to me is I RAN down the mtn! In December I couldn't even run for 2 mins without an oxygen mask....thank goodness for the C25K program!

Anyway...am super excited today about this

do you have a NSV you would like to share?

I think one of the greatest benefits of following a plan for weight loss is being able to reintroduce activities! Congrats on your success!
