What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit? Too many to locate really, all followed by failure! Maybe last incident was when I didn't want to take a trip home because my friends and family would see how fat I have got.

What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health? Will power, self belief

What are three things in the area of diet/exercise you need to improve? More regular exercise, less beer and wine, realising that the one more slice of pizza really does make a difference

What can you not wait to wear when you are at goal weight or size? Shorts (I hate my knees), or a nice sundress (my husband likes them )
