I have not had a soda in two weeks and I lost 8 lbs so far.

I believe the soda was keeping me from losing as well. It may have been the hardest thing for me to give up (aside from pork, beef and chicken lol).

That's so great! 8 pounds!!!

I know how hard that can be to do. I too gave up soda...about a month ago...and don't really miss it now. Keep it up!
