I had a very bad weekend food wise. It's the first time I've gone off plan in a month and I regret it so much. I weighed myself this morning and was up 5 lbs, and then continued to eat crappy. I'm scared to weigh myself in the morning.
On the bright side, I learned a couple things from this experience.
1. Eating unhealthy food makes me physically sick, and
2. I'm way happier OP than when I eat what I think will make me happy.
My bf even made the comment that I need to go back on my diet cause it makes me happy.
So I guess I'll be starting over fresh tomorrow morning. Wish me luck!
