My goal for this month----drum roll please---is to stay at my tracker weight.
I've been going up and down 1 or 2 pounds since my surgery. I do not need to lose this month because it might reek havoc with my stitches. However, I do want to maintain.
I would love to lose 5 pounds this month.
I have been doing ok, and a little better since D was diagnosed as there aren't any sweets in the house. Its a good goal. Good luck with yours ladies.

Sorry you had a gain, Jeanne. We just don't always know what is going on with our bodies. You are hard-working and will get rid of those pounds a lose more.

Everyone in the families diet is better since we found out about Dan
He has lost about 15 pounds in the last month, (thats guys for you)
Well nobody would want to lose it for that reason. I feel so guilty as my Dad was diabetic too. My doc is always surprised that my blood sugars are so good, but I am feeling that I am dodging a bullet. Its a good reason to be eating better.
Official WI for me today.........wooooo.......-1# !!!! I am 219 3 days in a row!!!!!! I WILL HAPPILY TAKE THAT!!! That is the first time in a zillion years!
Not surprised that I gained and I'm not going to beat myself up. This week will be a better week and I hope to see a loss next Monday. My goal for May is to lose 5 more pounds. I think it's doable. Remember to keep moving girls and bottoms up with the water.
