I figured that since my day had so many ups and downs, I wouldn't be the only one needing a bunch of virtual hugs!

My day was terrible today. After being great for almost a month...today I went and ate a bunch of stuff I shouldn't have in amounts that make me so grossed out. I dunno what made me binge today...but I'm mad at myself. (((HUGS)))

Awhhhh ((Hugs)) It's okay. It happens every once in a while. Don't let one bad swing keep you from playing ball! (Translation: One binge won't kill you, but get right back on track and keep going!)

I will. I plan on going right back to my plan tomorrow. It's just frustrating to think that one day of binging might effect my week weight loss. I'll get over it though....binge eating is sooooo hard to control and I have no idea what set it off today. I think not working and being home alone possibly.....I dunno.

Today was also terrible for me. I went to my doctors today to get some info on my weight loss (what's healthy, what's best for me, etc) and she was in a completely bad mood. I didn't even want to speak to her.

Then I've been really emotional thanks to PMS. I also have been sick which is throwing my diet way out of wack. And, on top of all that, I just feel energy drained lately from being sick. I constantly want sleep.

This week is a pain in the butt.

Eating wise, I've been better. I'm well within my limit, but I ate waaay too much for dinner and didn't eat much during the day.

Exercise-wise, I'm forgiving myself. I just don't have much time right now, so I'm trying to make an effort to just walk more around campus than normal. Thats the best I have time for. Stupid flippin end of the semester

Exercise was good - walked up hill and back down (1.5miles) with my boyfriend since it was very nice outside for Washington & I did 20mins of 30DS

Food - eh kinda sucky! I had oatmeal for breakfast. 6" subway cold cut combo for lunch >.< and dinner I ate a taco and half-cup of rice...dinner i regret big time, I could have been so much better with that. I didn't have any snacks today (stupid me) and I still have 32more ounces of water I need to drink.

With what I ate for lunch and dinner, thats prob the most fat and carb intake I've had in over a week and I don't know how my body is going to react to that. O.O

Eating was okay, I had good vegetarian meals today high in fiber, protein and veggies. Exercising is probably the hardest for me to commit to, the bike is just staring at me.. laughing.

oh, and i could have drank more water today, but i'm not trippin'
