[Nightmare]

Hello,
I'm having a really hard time with trying to get this weight off, so I sent off a prayer request to one of my sources and they sent me some scriptures to look up. Which I did and am here to share them.

"So, dear brothers and sisters, you have no obligation whatsoever to do what your sinful nature urges you to do. For if you keep on following it, you will perish. But if through the power of the Holy Spirit you turn from it and its evil deeds, you will live." Romans 8:12-15

"And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice --- the kind He will accept. When you think of what He has done for you, is this too much to ask?"
Romans 12:1-2

And, the last one is:

"You say, "I am allowed to do anything" --- but not everything is helpful. You say, "I am allowed to do anything" --- but not everything is beneficial." 1 Corinthians 10:23.

Lately, I need all the help I can get a hold of.
Now I just need to get busy.

Get out and do something. Move. Interact. Explore. Breathe. Take a chance.------ motivation.

Stop voluntarily wasting your life.
It's your life.
Do something with it.
