Weekly Weigh In for February
Well I am back down 2 to 158lbs. But not because of diet, just because my period is over. I am determined to lose more this week even if I have to tape my mouth shut.

Not tracking weight anymore - I have put the scale away. Blood Sugar down to the low 6's this past week. I am making progress on that front anyhow!

Hey Ruth, that's great news about your blood sugar!

I am going to the gym 3 times this week for sure!
And I will be taping my mouth shut too

Hey girls, you're all doing great!! Congratulations!
Ummm, except for you, Mauvais. And me. 190. Up half a pound.
I just got back from the gym, and I'm going to try to go at least 4 times this week. And I; too, will be taping my mouth shut.
Come on Mauvais, let's move our butts...

Still the same, on the great plateau! And there are chocolates in the house (it was the anniversary of our 1st date, ain't that sweet? but I am having to cut back on cals a lot to accomodate a couple of chocs!) I need to go out and walk more! Walking with a 6 yr old IS NOT aerobic exercise! And stay away from the toast...
Congrats to all you losers! And don't worry, Ellis & Mauvais, you are keeping track & keeping vigilant, that's the really important thing...I never wanted to know, and then it would be 20 lbs too late. We are going to have success this month I know!

Down 2 to 156. Though I am going to be getting a better scale. Mine only seems to move in 2 lb jumps. I haven't seen an odd number on there in a while. And I just changed the batteries so that isn't it. I think I want one with the fractions of a lb on there too...

I was down 1/2 a pound on Friday...but now back to the same old same old, as it is TOM once again...Not hard to maintain but quite hard to lose it seems. Will persevere anyhow!

Down to 158, but I have been sick for two weeks, no appetite and puking so doesn't mean it will stay off.

Congrats Squeaker & Amy! And Lidian, I had the same problem -I had a really awful week (was my TOM - no exercising & eating everything in sight) - I finally buckled down & lost a pound.

Thai diet...
At the orphanage in Thailand they eat vegetables and rice (sometimes noodles) with a little egg or maybe meat at every meal... three times a day. Luckily we had access to some American food while we were there... I just couldn't stomach pud thai for breakfast. So yes, I am down a little after this trip, I lost a pound and a half without really trying.
198/182.5/130
Hey... that means I've lost a total of 15.5 pounds!! Whoo hoo!! I can hardly believe it.

Well done Sojo!! That is great news - 15.5 is awesome!
And thank you Lunula - you've cheered me in the midst of the lousy TOM!
Hope you feel better soon Amy - and I'll bet it WILL stay off!

Fri was 196, today was 190. I am sure my {.} had something to do with the dropping numbers, but I will take it any ol way I can get it!
