Whoohoo! I've officially hit the 30 lb loss mark
I have read on this site that the 10% mark is when ppl really notice SOMETHING but aren't quite sure, or are too afraid to ask, if its weight loss. As long as they are noticing something positive right?
I feel pretty good! A little tired. Getting a bit sick of my treadmill BUT decided I am going to alternate - treadmill/eliptical one night and yoga/resistance the next night. Tryna focus on making sure I get enough lean protein - don't wanna lose that calorie burning muscle mass. LOOOOOVE Tuna and mixing whey protein into v8 low sodium, baked chicken breats, eggs...(for now).
I'm forever restarting ph 1 of SBD - it's soooo hard! But I'm going to give it another crack. I'm on day 4 and think I'm going to be okay if I can resist while around my extended family
14 lbs from my first goal - can't wait to hit 180s!!
