I ended up with a nasty flu bug and have been sick the last two days. I couldn't stomach my IP food and didn't get any of my veggies in and not near the water I wanted. I feel like I'm starting all over again today.

Hi all! Hope your Tues is great! Just had my first "turnip", made the fries. I have a question, I used a Yellow turnips AKA Rutaba, did I mess up? Should I have used the other turnip? It was good perhaps, a bit sweeter than I anticipated.

Hi Toothgirl In phase 1 of IP you can have turnip. The sweeter rutabaga is on the "occasional" list. Meaning that you may have it only two times per week. I love rutabaga raw
