Default At Last!!!
Well it's taken a while but I've got my second 10lbs off. I know its slow, but coming off crash diets and just eating sensibly, took a while for my metabolism to settle down and now I know that the weight which comes off, stays off.
My doctor and dietician are very please. here's to the third 10 coming off by the end of the summer
