Woohoo.
I wanted to tell you all that I've been doing "Water Aerobics" and "Water Kickboxing" at my gym and it rocks. I'd always wanted to but never tried it and I've been doing the whole hour class and still able to walk to my car at the end, LOL.
It's a lot of fun, a great workout that's not too hard on the body or the feet or the knees or the back, and I feel
GREAT! when I'm done : )
I'm also proud to say that I lost another pound and am now at 39 pounds lost..... oh one more pound please to get to 40. I am such a slow loser.
