Well my fellow chickies I have a confession
Over the past 5 months I really let myself go and gained I know at least 10lbs (as proven by Dr. scales)
I started SBD yesterday but I am too terrified to actually get on the scale to get my starting weight...am I being weird? Do you think it will be ok for me mentally to wait until phase 1 is done?
I was a long time weight watcher gal until the weight I was watching never left no matter how good I was so I have traded in my points for the simple life of no breads, pastas, rice, & grains. But how does a long time wine drinker give up her glass or two with dinner?
I would love to get some advice, recommendations, and anything else you can share
