Hi y'all...I am very happy and grateful to report that I have been abstinent from sugar, flour, wheat, and volume for 30 days straight. To me, it is just 30 days of miracles.
I thank God each day for my recovery. I feel more hopeful than I have in many many years.
That is sooo awesome! I too had 90 days, but fell off the wagon on Friday. Started over. Since going on it though last year I have lost almost 60 lbs, keep going, you are gaining freedom one day at a time!
