pre surgery food intake (?)
How are you handling your food?
Are you dieting? Or are you doing the last supper thing?
My surgery may be a few months away but I know I don't want to gain any more weight and I have been told not to lose more than 30 pounds. Dieting is so in grained into my brain, especially this time of year ! So I am trying to eat three squares with no snacking. I want to be as strong as I can be for surgery. I might even exercise (GASP.....don't tell Dottie!)
Post ops....how did you handle your food prior to surgery?
