Default a nice even number
I have exactly 20 pounds till goal . After being up a bit for a week or so, I'm finally into new territory this morning. My birthday is in late June, so the best B-day gift I can give myself is to be at goal weight!

I remember the struggle I had when I got close to 240 and being officially "overweight". I'm 20 pounds lower than that now and half way between then and goal.

Matt, you're doing so great. Only 20 pounds from goal! Would you ever have imagined that you could be as fit and trim as you are now? You make me want to strap on my running shoes and get busy!
