Default Hello from a newcomer!
Hi everyone! My name is Kelly and I just discovered this sight by accident last night. I love it!! I'm so glad to have found a site where I can connect to people following the same diet as I am, and all of your tips and recipies look awesome! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
A little about me: I live in a beautiful beach community on the central coast of California, (so all summer I'm surrounded by hot little bodies in bikinis... Grr! Marissa Miller the Victoria Secret model is from here, you get my point.) I married my best friend and the love of my life last summer and we have a sweet little mini bulldog named Bender. I'd like to have kids in the next couple of years, but i need to get the weight off first!!
I've been on the SBD for almost 4 weeks and I've lost 18 lbs! I can't believe it! I can already fit into my size 18 pants! This is the easiest diet I've ever been on (once I got used to not over indulging on bread, pasta, potatoes, etc.)
I have my 10 year high school reunion in June and I'm hoping I can have 40lbs total off by then... 22lbs to go!

Hey Girl! I'm a newbie too. Found this site by accident too, last week. Congrats on the progress so far! I have found this forum to be very motivating. I've lost 12lbs since I found it by doing the SlimFast diet (only till I lose the first 20lbs, then it's going to be completely portion control and calorie counting.)
