I have been doing better now that I am not focusing 100% on EVERYTHING that is going in my mouth. I lost those mysterious 5 pounds and my 26th birthday was yesterday, so it was all good--I didn't even gorge on my birthday cake or dinner!
I just wanted to check in. Hopefully I will be more diligent in writing, because the thread seems a little thin lately. Hope all are well and looking forward to hearing from everyone again.
