286 to 140!!! and Maintaining for 6 months
I am so happy!! Today was my anniversary of 6 months maintenance.
I have been so afraid of what would happen after I stopped "dieting" Would my old habits slip back? So far so good. Day by Day. I am trying to keep fitness goals. My exercise/cardio level is high. I started running about 4 months ago and finished my first 10k May 3. In two weeks I am doing a sprint triathlon with my 16 yr old son. It has been awhile since I have posted but I thought I would come back for my anniversary and check in more often.
