199 ... again...
lol!!!!
I had got down to 198.2. THEN bounced up.... then went down... then UP UP UP to 209.4 (sodium) and then in four days shed period and sodium weight which equaled 10.4!!!!!!! pounds and am now back under 200. I am avoiding ANY AND ALL SODIUM until I am down around 190 ish. lol! I never want to see over 200 on that freaking scale again.
Think I had some huge issues surrounding 200 pounds? Oh I think so.
Just wanted to share...

and as a quick question... is there ANYONE who can put on sodium weight like I can? In two days I can put on 10 pounds EASILY in sodium. Have a ham dinner, some salty popcorn, some taco's and BAM sodium weight.

I gain weight like that and not just from sodium... from sugar. I've gained 11 pounds in under a week. Six or eight pounds in a couple days. And for me it is VERY hard to get it back off. Even if I cut the sugar and salt, it takes like 2 or 3 weeks for it to go away.

I really never have met anyone who can do that! LOL! You are funny. I'm impressed with your attitude about it! And I guess, at least you know. That doesn't make it any easier though, does it?
But you're there and this time, I know it will stick.

It makes it HARDER because SO MANY just normal dinners contain SO MUCH SODIUM. It makes family dinners hard: turkey dinner? weight gain. Ham dinner? weight gain. Spaghetti dinner anywhere but my house? Massive weight gain. Irritating I tell ya!!!
And you know it's sodium because why else can you gain 10 lbs in two days and then LOSE 10 lbs in four days! It's a quick fix but annoying.
And yes this time it will stick. Sodium=demon. lol!!!

Last week I was 8lb heavier than today. I can't of lost more than 2lb this last week. I don't normally carry so much water weight but then I don't normally eat as much salt food as I did last week. Was a bit worring to see 13 stones soemthing on the scales again!!!

Before long 200 will be so far behind you that even water weight won't make you see that "2"! I will pick up 3 or 4 pounds from water weight but not TEN!

I gain weight in a hurry from sodium too. I was down to 221.2 one day and then the next I was back to 226! 5 pounds in one day
I'm still up to like 224, but that is still water retention from lifting weights. Whenever my muscles are sore (DOMS) I know the scale is going to be up several pounds.
