sarcruz - 264 used to be my highest weight - it felt pretty large, I never thought I'd hit 271.. ugh.. I'm happy to be on the cusp of 260's
I have been exercising because I heard working helps with self esteem, and if I can get more self esteem and feel better about myself.. then maybe I can keep up the dieting!
I went for a walk today, realllllly didn't want to, but! I did it! 2.69 km's in the sun
I am currently trying to work up to exercising 6 days a week, only got 4 workouts in last week though
So this week I'm aiming for 5! I haven't nailed down the diet part, slowly cutting back on sugar, and cutting out eating out! What are you all doing? Dieting? Exercise?
