Default Anyone here who started out with ~60lbs or less to lose?

Hi Beachers! I posted on here a couple weeks ago that I'd be starting SBD as soon as I eat up all my food in my house. Well... There's not much less. But I'm trying to stretch it out one more week so that I can start SBD on spring vacation!

Anyways, I wanted to know if there was anyone else here struggling to lose 60lbs or less? I have to say that being part of 3FC is hard some times, because it feels like there are so many people trying to lose a lot more than that, or a lot less... It's hard listening to people who start out at a much higher weight celebrate that they've lost such huge amounts of weight in a small time, because I know it's impossible for me to do that. I wish 3FC had a club for people who don't fit into the 100lb club or the Featherweights, because being in the middle can be tough

When I hear amazing success stories over SBD, it's usually from someone who had a lot more to lose than I do, so it's difficult to connect. For you middleweights, how successful have you been on SBD? Was there much loss in those first two weeks--and about how much do you lose week to week on Phase 2? Also, would anyone know of some reputable SBD success stories of people who have only had to lose about 50lbs, give or take?

Hello, i'm in the same loss amount group as you. I've been doing SB (for the 2nd time) since January and my long term goal would be just over 60lbs lost. I was very sucessfull the first time I started SB and lost 58lbs but then went back to eating horribly and gained it all back. I have lost about 14lbs during phase 1 the first time and I think about 10 this time. I have had a lot going on for the past 2 months with my Mother and her health so haven't been perfect with my choices, otherwise I know I would have lost more by now

My goal is to lose about 55 lbs, but it wouldn't be tragic if I lost 10 more than that, so I am in your range. My weight loss has been slow but steady. In phase 1, I only lost 5-6 lbs, and now after nearly 2 months I am only down 13 total. I've been losing about 1 pound a week since starting Phase 2. It's a little disappointing but I am trying to be patient with myself. Last time I did SB I had less to lose but lost faster. I am still 4 lbs heavier than I was when I started back then, but that was several years and a baby ago. It seems the older i get, the more stubborn my fat gets.

I was a little over that...I don't weigh, but I've lost around 70. Took me about a year to lose it and I've kept it off for almost 2 years (next month in fact!)

Hi! My goal is 50 pounds, but a little more is okay too! I lost about 6 pounds on Phase 1 but I only did P1 for 8 days, then had a stomach bug, and then started P2 early. It was a rough week for me . I'll weigh in on Monday as the end of my first official week on P2. I'm really liking the plan so far though!

I'm close to that category. I lost around 10 pounds in Phase 1. I have lost about a pound a week since then....it has really slowed down but I feel SO much better and I have not been good about exercising at all. I think it would come off much quicker if I could get the exercise in. But, I am happy with my results...started in Jan. and I've lost 15 pounds so far..15.6 to be exact! Good luck!

When I started I couldn't imagine losing 50 pounds, never mind more than that so I set 50 pounds as my goal. I'm close to that goal now, and to be honest I'll be happy if I stay between 150 and 155 for the rest of my life. I've decided to stay on phase 2 for a while after I get there though, and see if I can shave another 10 - 15 pounds off without too much blood and tears.

I lost 12 pounds on phase 1 and 14 pounds total my first month on SBD, 10 pounds the second month and right around 6 pounds each month since.

The chicks in this section are very supportive and very friendly. I love the attitude here. Making good choices and being healthy for the rest of our lives are the things most of us focus on. We like dumping those extra pounds - but we're in this for the long haul. Stick around and see if you'll feel comfortable joining us. We'd love to have you.

I've got about 55 pounds total, with about 43 to go. Though the smaller you start out, the slower it seems to come off. So I can empathize with your frustration. Hope you stick around!

Am I correct that your goal is 99 pounds?

My goal is about 55 and would put me at 175, but I would like to lose about 15 more after that. I just have to break it down into maneagable sections. I lost 10 pounds on phase 1 and have lost a total of 15 since mid January.
