When I get hungry at night, I'm usually wanting CHOCOLATE. I buy the mini-Luna bars and eat 1 with a cup of FF milk. I eat it very slowly and savor my last meal. I know it's tough and tempting. Hang in there! You must stay strong. I know you can do it!

Omelet.

Fast fix protein.

Easy enough to slice up a tomato or something to veggie it up too.

I don't believe that. Calories in and calories out. I just had rice pudding for a snack. That's not my usual snack though. I eat one "dessert" a week and today was just a day that I chose to have it. Most days of the week I have a 100 calorie popcorn. YUM.

It's so easy to cheat at night. This is my comfort food time of day. Typically I want dessert.

So lately, my night time snack (or dinner if I am at my calorie max for the day) is a Jay Robb - Egg White Protein Chocolate Flavor Powder shake with a tablespoon of Psyllium Powder and ice. Just 100 calories, 24 grams of protein and 0 grams of sugar. The Psyllium really fills you up and it's De-Lish!

My teenage son LOVES them too ... he adds 1/2 a banana and a tablespoon of peanut butter to his shake and calls it a Chunky Monkey.
