Where did you buy yours? Is it returnable if I hate it?

I saw it on QVC for 120 - is that a good price?

Do you need to be in good shape before beginning?

I don't know about returning it, but it's $120 anywhere you get it. Don't worry about being in good shape, you can go at your own pace. I know it seems daunting, but Shaun T. tells you to go at your own pace, but still push yourself and you will see results. Highly recommended.

You can always sell on E bay if you don't like it BUT I would have to say I am some one that exercises ALOT!!!! it is not easy and is known and prone to injury so proceed with caution it is not for the MEEK it is CARDIO from the WARM UP and the warmup is MORE thn some people will ever do in there life but if you exercise and are in FAIR shape and are looking for a challenge YOU SHOULD LOVE IT!!!! ITS CARDIO ON STERIODS!!!

i wasn't really doing any cardio before this video and I have to take breaks a bit more then most fit people would but I love it..
I bought it on Amazon and got it for 91 bucks including shipping
