Thumbs up NSV sooner than expected!
So one of my spin instructors at the way is exceptionally tough. Her class was the first one I took and I have taken several of hers since, but have not been able to keep up with the constant sprints, up-downs, climbs, and isolations- I have always had to go back to flat road before the end. SO one of my mini goals became being able to keep up with her class. Well I did it! I finally did it! I am sooo proud of myself! It was a great feeling I can finally keep up with the rest of the class and it came alot sooner than I expected!

On top of this I am 2lbs away from losing 30lbs! I'm on a High!

I know it has been great I am really starting to see a difference! AND today I put on a pair of jeans that I have had that have been really tight and they fit! Yay! YAY! YAY!
