I just bought it off Amazon for $4.00

Excited to learn more about it.

Anyone following it?

It got me turned on to food as a *good* thing, not just something to fight against. But I don't try to follow it as a specific plan. Is that the one that lays out an actual plan in detail? I skimmed it at the bookstore and it seemed so complicated!

I'm not sure, it's not the diet one. it's just the first basic one. I'll let you know when I get it!

I don't' do complicated.... so I hope not.

It was my most valuable resource! I still eat a lot of super foods, but after nearly 5.5 years, it's mostly habit and not something I have to focus on like a laser on a daily basis.

I LOVED that book. It's been a while and I don't follow it like I was, I should go back and read it again.

I eat a lot of superfoods though, just not like I was and I don't keep track.

It's an excellent book! I don't see it as "follow" or "don't follow" but just a really good source of information and ideas that are flexible enough to fit into your schedule and diet. Do a little or do a lot, whatever works for you.
