Default Body fat scales?

I'm thinking of making one of these my reward for losing 10% of my body weight - and I'm only 1/2 lb away from that!!

I know they aren't considered completely accurate, but I'd be looking more to see a trend re: body fat, rather than worrying about it being absolutely correct in terms of the percent.

Any comments or recommendations?

I bought a biggest loser scale and love it. It will show weight, body fat, water %, bone mass, muscle mass and it will show how many calories you need to eat to maintain your current wight. It also shows what they feel your weight should be and how many calories you should eat in a day to get down to that wieght. I also like it becasue in the middle of the part you stand on has a little ridge thing. this helps me place my feet in the same exact place each time.

I have one and at my doctors office they have one . I have measured weight and body fat prior to going to the docs and mine always reads very near what his does so they must be fairly accurate.

Sounds like a good prize for your 10%, you'll be there in no time

I have one, and I really like it. The percentages do go up and down a bit, but you can tell when you're gaining water weight, so I like that.
