Default Scale and Non-Scale Victories
223.6!!!
The lowest weight since I started this go around in December of 2008, and lower than the previous highest weight from the journey in 2005!!!!!

I am so never going back!!!!

Plus, even though I am not into a new jeans size yet, I have one set of jeans that never really fit me cause they run small. I tried them on last night and the came up over the thighs and even buttoned around with no discomfort!!

I love results!
