Unhappy BJ's nutrition info???

Hey all!
Another business lunch freak out. ugh.

We're going to Bjs tomorrow and I'm trying to find something I can have. I know that AT the restaurant, I can look at the nutrition facts, but they don't have them posted on the internet. Anyone have them or remember the calorie count for something there?

Any help is appreciated. =D

Ok I found it and I have to say that is one of the worst menus I've ever seen... Really, everything looks to be battered, glazed, piled high, etc, etc.

How about soup and salad? Minestrone with a house salad, dressing on the side?

Could also do half sandwich (no mayo, no cheese, no butter on bread) with salad or soup.

When I was there last, they had an under 700calorie menu. I had some decent tacos there,

What you have to watch out for is BJ is good about posting the calorie counts for just part of the food. It was JUST the tacos that had under 700 calories, not the chips, salsa or guac they served it with.

I would split anything you get there.

*giggle* I love the thread title, I'm like 12 inside.

Seriously, they have chili. I'd get the chili, no cheese, no bread bowl. Chili (or any other tomato-based soup) is usually a safe bet for me! Another option would be the grilled salmon, double steamed veggies (ask for NO BUTTER).

There are going to be times when you just can't know the calorie counts. Consider this real life practice for the rest of your life making decisions eating at restaurants!

Can swallowing semen enrich a poor diet? Unless you're gulping gallons of it each day, it's no substitute for real nutritious cuisine.
This is what I thought this thread was about before I read it. And, I know everyone else out there thought it, too, so, there you go! LOL!

Nono...it's a restaurant. BJ's brewery. LOL. I think I'm going to do the chicken club, no bacon, no mayo and take the tops off the bread?

:: you're right, Glory...I'm just going to have to do the best I can and watch what I eat for the rest of the day! =)

I am gay. So I did not think what you *naughty* ladies were thinking. Instead, I thought of Costco, Sam's Club , BJ's wholesale club. I know some locations have a little eatery. I was honestly hoping for some suggestions. ROFL LOL

I'm straight and I thought it was about the wholesale club. I was saying to my self they usually have the nutrition information on the back of the food containers like at the grocery store.
