I don't know how this is possible since I've been hitting the cookies and candy, but I've lost two pounds since last weigh in.

Lost two pounds this week!
I'm happy with that (especially since the last two weeks I've only lost 1 pound total). I was able to really get back into exercising again (I've been fighting off various illnesses and slacking off in the exercise department) and I think that made a big difference.

Well, suprise of all suprises, I am down to 214.4. I am only .8 pounds away from 100 pounds gone.

I haven't lost any (or gained any) over Christmas. I think I've plateaued, I haven't lost any weight in 4 weeks.
