Mini-GoalsEven if you're not at goal yet, this is the place to share your successes and achievements along the way! Success can be measured in many ways besides the scales. Tell us about your triumphs, including Non Scale Victories
In like 4 days. A lb a day!! Who knew that actually listening to that whole "eat right and exercise" nonsense would actually pay off!! Haha.
I hope everyone else is doing well w/ their goals. And thank you to everyone who has given me support. As soon as I got off the scale, all I could think to do was to share the good news.
WOW - GOOD FOR YOU! You're off to a great start - whatever you're doing is obviously working - you're now that much closer to your goal and in only 4 days - how great is that?!
Thanks for sharing - it's fun to celebrate with you - can't wait to hear of your continued success!
AWesome, awesome awesome! I agree though. I also started last week and am cutting out sugar mostly and watching my carb intake (the belly fat cure) and i'm down 8.5 after 1 week. I was soooo excited. I'm keeping a journal too, which has always been hard for me in the past. but this time around i think its different. i like keeping the journal it gives me "me time" i know it sounds silly but it really does. And I think "me time" matters.
Keep up the good work everyone!

How ru you loosing? I have the book, and I am having a hard time, I'm exercising too, ugh... this is so frustrating. Ru eating some of the recipes provided in the book or engaging in some of the fast food eateries? Please help me, I like to see the numbers descend on the scale and see results too.
That's an awesome start, you should be very proud of yourself, and to all the others who have lost as well. Consistany is the key for long term loses, so remember to stick to your plan (as long as it's healthy), and don't forget to treat yourself as long as it's not to often!!
Keep up the good work
