how hungry are you on 1200/day?? i do rigorous cardio 5-6 days a week and weight train at least 3 of them and find that i am unbelievably lethargic and ravenous if i do 1200 a day...no matter what nutrients it consists of. if you however are sedentary and maybe do a half hour of moderate cardio 3-4 times a week and are a little hungry but can manage it then dont change it. ultimately the less you eat the more you lose...unless your body is giving you signs you need more fuel. if you need more, trying upping your calories 100 each day and see if you notice a difference. perhaps maybe have a bigger breakfast and keep your smaller meals later in the day so you have a good energy start.
