I am still reading about Phase 2 and wondered if the Double Fiber wheat bread would be good to try once you start Phase 2???

Most bread is "wheat" bread if made from flour. Do you mean whole wheat bread? Please post the ingredients if you can - sometimes healthy-sounding things have SBD no-no stuff in them

I will have to check at the grocery store for the ingredients...I haven't started Phase 2 but remembered using this bread on other diets in the past. I actually think there's a whole wheat one and a "wheat" type. The fiber content was really high and I guess that was what I was thinking about. The brand I think was Nature's Own....Not real sure about that b/c it has been a while since I used it. Thanks

This link might help. I think all breads have to have sugar of some type for the yeast to work, but it shouldn't be in the first three ingredients. I use Brownberry 100% whole wheat double fiber bread. The enriched flour (3rd ingredient) is a no-no.
