Talking Goodbye OBESE - Hello Overweight

WOW! I can not believe it!!! I am FINALLY just "overweight" and no longer "obese"! I've been "overweight" since Sunday, but for some reason, just realized it today! LoL I was actually watching my BMI as I got into the 180's and knew it wasn't going to be long before I was no longer "obese". I can't believe I didn't realize it until today!!! I have been "Obese" my entire adult life (and quite possibly in high school, but I can't remember my actual weight for those years---size 14 tho) What an accomplishment!---C'mon 154.5!!! Then I'll actually be at a "NORMAL WEIGHT"!!!!!

I want to thank everyone here at 3FC for all your help, support, and most importantly, MOTIVATION! As I've stated several times in these forums, I've lost my last 17lbs since September after finding this website!! YOU GUYS ARE FANTASTIC!!!!

Next Goal: 170lbs before Beach Vacation June 19th. And hopefully be a size 12 by then!!! It sucks that I'm still a 16 after losing almost 20lbs!!!

Congratulations!!!!! That is what I'm looking forward to the most. Not being obese. You should be very proud of yourself. It took a lot of hard work to get to where you are. Keep it up.

Good for you. I'm looking forward to "onderland" but REALLY looking forward to dropping into "overweight" category!
