So I have been dieting since July. I did great until Sept. Then....

***duh duh duhhhhhhhh.*** (scary noises)

I have not had a cheat free since. I have either dieted with cheats or just given up.

Day 1 of phase one... seems silly right???

Well NO CHEATS! not a single craving. I LOVE SBD!!! My first cheat free day in 3.5 months. WOOOOhoooo! I can do this. I believe again!!

way to go! those cheat free days really stack up and act as motivation to have more! I know that when I have a string of cheat free days, it really kills me to break that string and have to start back from 0.
