Default W.O.W. Valentine's Day Challenge WEEK 2

WEEK 2!!!

Week 1: 142
Week 2: 142

Up and at'em. I plan on getting in some really good workouts today. Running 2miles, 60 minute class, THEN I'm going to get back and do an elliptical workout then my strength training workout. Wanna know what drives me crazy about my w/i today. I saw 137 on Saturday. I guess thats what sitting around eating chocolate kisses will do to a person.

Hey Ladies -

I don't weigh in until tomorrow but I'll post then. TOM is coming this weekend so I'm not taking much stock in my weight this week, I usually put on 2-3 lbs of water weight before my period so we'll see. Didn't have a very productive weekend other than visiting my brother-in-law and his family in their new house. Hope everyone has a great day - I just bought grapefruit for the first time this season and I'm addicted! There could be worse things...

W - 64+
E - walk walk walk
E - 1350 cals
D - be productive today!

Today's WEED -

W - 64 oz.
E - maybe a mile walk or 15 minutes on treadmill
E - 1200-1300 calories

Emily~I love grapefruit, but I eat them with salt and even the tiniest bit of salt makes me retain water these days.

Lots~have a great day.

My workout today was great! My instructor added a couple of new songs (well old favorites for January) and it was very high intensity and fast! It was great for me. I am going to go back at 830. I need to re-calibrate my nike + which I didn't do right the first time. So I will run a mile, then get on the elliptical.

W 100oz
E 23 minutes (2 miles) run/60 minute class done/elliptical workout and strength soon.
E 1400 cals. Make them clean, high in protein, low sodium, no sugar.
D HOUSEWORK!!! I want my house to be sparkily.

Well last week didn't go quite so well. I ate out 4 times and didn't eat that well. I also only exercised twice.

Week 1: 176.6
Week 2: 176.8

I should be starting work either late this week or next week. It should be a huge help, not only money wise, but also calorie burn wise. It's a lot of physical labor when it comes to the cleaning and fixing things for the enclosures. Lots of heavy lifting also. The best part though is that it won't feel like work or exercise since I'll be caring for my exotic animals!

Zoochick~sounds like an amazing job. Good luck with it.

OK my elliptical workout didn't happen because it was crazy today (I forgot it is monday, the day of recommitment.). I ended up running more. 5k at a slower pace than normal. I ran for 35 minutes and then summitt climber for 10. I also did my weights.

Default Rough evening, doing okay still

Rough evening but I'm not overeating! My 7-year old twin boys have been pushing my buttons all evening. I work full time from home office and jump right into Mom mode when they and their 11 year old brother arrive home. I don't have the energy to even describe their antics - they are heading to bed a 1/2 hour early tonight. I think the extra sleep will help. They are playing with their hamsters now so maybe they've gotten the orniness out. One can hope. Big brother has been pretty good though.
Thank goodness.

Here's my WEED M-Thursday of this week:

W: 48 oz. but have only had about 16 so far. Will try to get in another 16 oz. bottle before bed.
E: Does chasing ornery boys count? 30 minutes on elliptical is my goal every day this week. Nada for today.
E: 1200 calories - I've had 1000 so far today. May stop there.
D: Be productive at work; get one thing done in house at night; be firm, consistent & loving Mom

Hope everyone else is doing well! J

W 80 oz
E extra laps, abs and stretching
E 1200 CLEAN cals. High protein, low sugar
D Keep it going. I have been OP (except sunday) almost 2 weeks.

Default Rested and Ready

Amazing what a good night's rest can do. I was in bed immediately after the kiddies - didn't wait up for my husband to get off work at 11.

Jeni - great job being right on plan. My husband is a runner, too. He'd love for me to run with him someday. I would, too, once I get my endurance up...
Tiara - super weight loss!
Welcome Cat!
Emily - I had a grapefruit last night. You inspired me to make a trip to store to buy some. It was delicious.

Everyone we can do this! I'm looking forward to today and to sticking to my WEED completely first time since I started the V-Day Challenge. I'm very happy I've hit the calories now time to get the water & exercise in.

W: 48 oz.
E: 30 minutes elliptical
E: 1200
D: good day at work, good night with my boys
