I have done SB in the past and I am gearing up to start phase 1 on Saturday. I am gathering some recipes and such. I saw eggplant caponata, but I can't find a recipe. Could someone please point me in the right direction.
I bought mine in the refrigerated foods section, made by Sabra, next to the hummos. I have also seen it in cans by Progresso. The Sabra brand lists sugar as an ingredient but in one serving (2 tbsp.) there is only 2 grams of sugar.
I'm on Phase 1 and I'm eating it. Again, we are not supposed to have added sugar but since the sugar grams were so low I made an 'executive decision' to allow it for myself. It makes the cottage cheese palatable.
