Default MINImini Goal: First 5+ pounds gone... over the holidays!

SQUEE! I'm so happy.

I lost 7 pounds through late November to now. o3o

I can't believe it. I haven't weighed this much since mid-Colorguard season last year.

Now I just need to get back on track with the exercise and calorie counting... I slacked off a bit during the holidays. It's hard with school back in session, and not so much control over my meals. But I've gotta do it!

Wish me luck, girls (and boys)! >3<

YAY - GOOD FOR YOU! You're really off to a great start and staying on track during the holidays was quite an accomplishment - not everyone was able to do that!

Remember how good this victory feels - especially with everything going on with school and your schedule - you can do it - you know you can because you already have - keep up the good work and we'll all be here to cheer you on to your next mini-goal!

Good for you - well done. Feels great doesn't it? The best motivator for losing more.

*SQUEE!*
So happy for u!!

I managed to do the same over the holidays, mainly by re-gifting chocolate boxes I received and drinking lots of water/tea before and after my holiday feast/meals. Go us!
