I love WATP I have so many of the dvd's I have lost count. I know they are considered "walking workouts" but I think of them more as low impact aerobics due to the all different movements. The workouts are what *I* want it to be on any given day I can jog when she walks or go really low and fast on the side steps, kick high or low etc. or I can follow her pace exactly as shown. Leslie also has pilates and firming dvds. Right now I am using my mini trampoline and following many of her workouts with a little modification.
. I e- mailed Leslie at her walk at home website and ask her to consider making a mini trampoline workout. Still waiting for a response.
