Default Favorite vegetarian SBD main dish recipes?

Okay, so I'd like to cut back on meat this year. I'm definately a carnivore, but I do acknowledge that less would be better!

There's probably a previous thread on this, but what are some of your favorite dishes? Although I'm interested in trying Indian dishes, my DH is adamently against that...maybe I'll dabble down the road . And, I'm not telling him yet that I'm doing this...so definately hearty meals would be great.

Any recommendations?

My favorite dishes are -

butternut squash lasagna
deep-dish spaghetti squash pie
Fireside sausage and white bean soup (made with tofurky Italian sausage or Gimme Lean sausage)

I also make the Taco Bake and chili using veggie crumbles, and believe me, they'll never know it's not made with real meat.

We love the peanut butter lentil stew and the tomatillo black bean soup. The recipe Rikki posted for navy bean barley soup was also really good.

Ditto what cottage said. Also, butternut squash mac & cheese is really good, and omelettes/frittatas.
