Is it too late to start? I work out pretty much every day (between doing spin classes and working out with a personal trainer), so won't go back on the days already past, but here is from a few days ago forward:
16. Hike with family - 6.1 miles (with LOTS of steep downhills)
17. yardwork - filled two of the big green trash cans
18. 30 minutes treadmill (2 miles) then 1 hour with trainer - arms, abs, legs, back, calf flexers, then stretched
19. 1 hour spin
20. 30 minutes on treadmill then 1 hour with trainer - leg lungs, abs, abs, cardio kept high, then more arms
