I remember the creator of this on Celebrity Fit Club and I think this is something I could do. I am low on money and can't afford the book, is there anyone out there that could give me the cliff notes to the program until I get my Jan. check so I can buy the book? I have googled it and some sites give a short list of other food you can eat on Phase 1, but I don't want to start something and mess it up!! Please help
