I just bought Leslie's Advanced 3-mile walk. I had my doubts since it was just walking but I loved it! I definitely had a sweat going at the end. It's a great investment when I can't run outside--we have had ice several days in a row.

I agree the WATP are great videos. I just got one with 4 workouts on it plus it came with a stretchie band. I did the 3 mile last night and it was great. The first mile flew by, 2nd was tough, and the 3rd one was great cause it used the band. I definitely feel it this morning.

When I didn't feel like the stretchie provided was enough resistance, I either bought a higher resistance band or used free weights.
