I just started using my GWF yesterday and I'm liking it- I have the display too but haven't started using it (hubby bought both for me).
I've found in the two days I've been using it that I'm waking up so much during the night- no wonder I'm so tired all the time. Seriously waking up 8-10 times during the night is a lot- I never sleep for more than a few hours at a time apparently.
I'm definitely going to be using the monitor for during the workweek when I can't just pop in my device and see my numbers.
I definitely think this will help me lose weight
