Hello girls!! I am so happy that I can finally post here! Yesterday I got out of the 180's and weighed...179.9! It has been almost a year since I have been in the 170's! I hope to get a solid 179 within the next few days.

Pied You went to Starbucks, had a muffin and then weighed 173? Wow! That's awesome ... I'd weigh myself the next morning and see if weighed any less

Thanks Ashbee, yeah I'm really terribly about weighing myself consistently (by that I mean at the same time/same clothes/whatever). Sometimes I'm just struck by the urge to hop on the scale. Yesterday sometime I saw 172! Of course it was 172.8, but I'll take what I can get, congrats on your 175, soon you'll be in the lower half of the decade!

alright still in the 173's...now if I could just reach 172....I am trying to up my calories..thanks for having me all this time at this thread! I can't believe I am still in the 170s after 6 months. Totally stinks..but I know I will get out this year.

Piper..yeah...you are 2-3 lbs away from getting out!
Babes...you will be out quickly. you have realistic goals
Ashbee. . you are moving that scale down.
lauranna...you are making progress...get it girl!

Pied I always weigh in my PJs ... my mom asked why and i said, "When do you ever walk around naked?" ... You don't weigh in naked at the doctor's office (thank goodness!) ... Congrats on the 172!

Jendiet It's so hard to get in a rut, be doing everything right & still not seeing the scale move ... I'd say things like "How are your clothes fitting?" etc ... but that's not that encouraging when you want to see the scale go down! You can do it!

still here girl, weight was up a little today, but I ate alot before bed..we will see what tomorrow brings. Great job on the 174!

Ugh, Monday I was 183 and no longer a member of this thread. Talk about depressed! But I'm back at 174 and I'm hoping to say goodbye to 170 by the end of December.

I'm going...I'm sorry...you'll be back to this thread soon enough..and it should be a short stay! maybe it's just monthly stuff?

172.4 lbs today...I will get out of here by the end of the year!
