I just went for a 1.5 mile jog... and it's important to know that I hate running - with a passion!

I feel very accomplished and proud of myself today. I even got my boyfriend to go with me.

Congrats! I'm just started running again (or trying to run, lol) and I know how hard it is, especially when you hate running. Keep up the good work!
