Wink Kettlebell kit...Has anyone tried this before???

I've been eyeballing this for a while...Just curious if anyone has tried it and how they like it.

Personally, I believe anything under 15 lb for a kettlebell is useless. I love the Firm but I am guessing the way they use the kettlebell isn't how you would use a traditional kettlebell. A kettlebell's weight helps stabilize your own. I started with 15 lb because I was a bit nervous and quickly realized it was too light for me.
