Since I separated from my husband and moved out in September, I've been holding steady at around 215. Right now, I'm happy with my body. (Me! Miss Eating Disorders! Happy with my imperfect body!
) However, I also realize that I could gain all 55 lbs. back in the blink of an eye if I'm not careful. So this morning when I got on the scale for my weekly weigh-in and saw that I'd gained a little over two pounds, I knew it was time to recommit.
This week, I'd like to lose that two pounds. I will commit to the following:
(a) No school cafeteria food, unless it's a salad.
(b) Eat a real dinner with what I've got at home.
(c) No junk food.
I'm glad I'm doing this with two extra pounds rather than waiting until I have five or ten extra pounds.
