down 25 pounds about..
pants 2x or size 20 down from 3x or size 24
tops down to 1x from 3x

tonite is gentle yoga
knee is starting to hurt more since I'm doing more again...

i'm a bit frustrated I really wish I was losing faster....

Nessa, I think you're doing beautifully! Slow and easy is healthier and longer lasting than a fast whoosh.

thanks everyone! I did yoga last night. I am in such bad shape I have to do my lunges with three THREE blocks and Downward dog is done wit a chair. OY VEY!

Hey LadyB: You are doing really well. Just think...that is a big bag of dog food you are not carrying around your middle and won't be seeing it again. Everyone loses at a different rate. Try to think about how well you are feeling and moving and the weight loss is just gravy! I lost mine like gangbusters, and think that if I hadn't lost so rapidly that I might have had time to adjust better and picked up better habits. You can't NOT lose if you are following the plan!

I think losing slower as long as you KEEP losing is a good thing. it's the stalls that kill me.

Hahaha Cyndi.. the FLOW of yoga... LOL... yeah today I start with the Personal Trainer... tomorrow Wednesday and Friday I have yoga this week (i'm off Wednesday and Friday)....
