Starting a new 5 Pound Challenge.
Everyone is welcome to join.
Just post your Starting Weight (SW) and your Goal Weight (GW).
Log in as often as you like and post your Current Weight (CW).
First person to reach their 5 Lb loss Goal Weight wins and gets to start the next thread for the next 5 LB Challenge.

Woo Hoo!! .2 down which is fantastic this close to goal. I overate at lunch today so I suspect I will see a nice jump up tomorrow, but I will TRY to flush it out and eat light for supper. Wish me luck! I haven't been off plan for quite awhile before this...WHAT WAS I THINKING?!

Congrats Vickilou!!!!

I survived our weekend long party!!! What a great time. Had the opportunity to get in 2 awesome elliptical workouts while my company was here. Ate pretty good also, except for last night which I had planned for.

Gave 2 great massages this weekend. I am not sure what the scale is gonna say as I did have 2 bottles of wine
